Rose Marie Hoag

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Rose Marie Hoag nee Hug, who left us peacefully on September 9, 2025, at the age of 94.

Born in Lacombe, Alberta, on Aug 19, 1931, she was the youngest of 12 children. She married Kenneth Hoag of Rimbey, Alberta, on September 30, 1950. She is survived by her three children, Joanne, Gerrie, and Allen, and two grandchildren, Geordon and Rachel. She is preceded by her husband, Ken, and ten siblings.

As a long-time Canyon/Creston resident, Rose spent many pleasurable hours at the Creston Valley Golf Club golfing with family and friends. She will be remembered for her generosity and devotion to her family.

There will be no public service; her family will proceed with a private memorial.

Mom will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
