Patric Nickason Obituary

After a short battle with cancer, Pat died at home with his Daughter by his side.
Pat grew up as an army brat and lived all over Canada. He married the love of his life Jill in Calgary where they remained until her death in 1993. Shortly after in 1998, Pat moved to Creston where he had gotten at job at Wynndel Box and Lumber. He was there just under 15 years before he retired and became a full time Grandpa.
Survived by his daughter Tara and son in law Hector, his grandchildren Kaitlyn Jill, Damien Patric, and Karisa. Siblings and many nieces and nephews.
He is reunited with the love of his life Jill.
Pat loved spending time with his Grandchildren teaching them about cars, model airplanes, remote control drones, calligraphy, and the importance of cursive. Going to the range with his son Hector, sitting on the front deck at Marty & Leslie’s drinking a coffee, quadding and taking scenic pictures with Bill, and eating his daughter Tara’s potato salad.
The family would like to thank Dr. Weaver, Dr. Campbell, Shannon & Jan for their continuous support. As well as the numerous friends and Family who supported us throughout.
There will be a light lunch on Saturday, June 8th at 1 pm held in Jimmy’s Banquet Room.
In lieu of flowers friends and family can make a memorial contribution to
